My name is Matthew DiGirolamo. I am 22 years old and a recent graduate of Tufts University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Factors Engineering and Biomedical Engineering. Currently I am a Junior User Experience Research Consultant for One to One Global.
I am originally from East Northport, NY on Long Island, but I plan to stay in the Greater Boston Area for the time being. I have been accepted to the Northeastern University Master of Science program in Industrial Engineering, where I will be focusing on Human Factors issues (tentatively) in the Fall of 2012. During my time at Tufts (in addition to being a student), I worked on campus as a Mayer Campus Center Information Booth Attendant, Office of Web Communications Intern, and as a Resident Assistant for half of a dormitory holding approximately 90 students.
I have an interest in all things technology, internet, and social media. I have interned for several internet start-ups, and love learning about what new and exciting services are available to the public. I also do a lot of writing for both blogs and print publications. In my spare time I like to fool around with photography (specifically at concerts), watch movies, and spend time with my girlfriend of over 5 years.

Little Known Facts about Matt:
- I had my first job as a Carnie, working for Newton Shows as a games attendant at various fairs and carnivals across Long Island.
- My second job was as a Magician/Retail Associate at a local toy/magic shop. For my job interview I had to sing a song to show that I could be spontaneous. I was there for over three years, and the ownership changed three times. I basically came with the shop.
- I am an Eagle Scout; awarded December 13th, 2005.
- I am looking to get into V.O. acting.
- I have been a Master of Ceremonies for several events from my High School Variety Show to Residence Hall events.
